Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce in 1 Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • 20 Peeled shrimp (or unpeeled black tiger shrimp)
  • 1 to marinate the shrimp Sake
  • salt
  • 1 roughly 1 tablespoon White flour
  • 2 tbsp each Honey
  • ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Lettuce
  • cabbage
  • mesclun

Instructions

  1. Put the shrimp, sake, and salt into a plastic bag.
  2. Rub the contents of the bag.
  3. Add flour into the bag to coat them.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add the shrimp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then pan-fry until pink.
  7. When the shrimp is cooked, remove pan from the heat.
  8. Add all ingredients.
  9. Mix with the shrimp.
  10. Arrange onto the vegetables and serve.
  11. Here, I used frozen shrimp shumai dumplings instead of shrimp.
  12. I just microwaved and pan-fried them to mix with the sauce.
