Shrimp Teriyaki Treat for Two
Ingredients
- 12 lb shrimp
- peeled & deviened
- 1 green bell pepper
- seedes and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 14 fresh pineapple
- cut into 1-inch cubes
- 14 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Skewer the shrimp, pepper squares and pineapple cubes on (water soaked) wooden skewers.
- Brush teriyaki sauce on shrimp-k-bobs several times (you can marinate them in the sauce if you like).
- Grill 3 minutes per side brushing often with marinade.
