Ingredients
- 12 Shiitake mushrooms
- 10 Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
Instructions
- Mince the shrimp.
- Take 3/4 of the minced shrimp and rub it against the cutting board with a knife to make it into paste.
- Mix with the untouched 1/4 shrimp.
- Thoroughly mix the shrimp paste with the ingredients, then fill each mushroom cup with a generous amount.
- Microwave in a silicone steamer for 4 minutes, a steamer for 6-8 minutes, or a or grill covered with aluminum foil.
- They taste great as is, but you can serve them with salt or other condiments.
- Here, I served them with salt and matcha salt.
- Matcha salt is made from equal parts matcha and salt.
