Ingredients
- 2 lbs. shrimp
- cooked & peeled
- 3 thinly sliced onions
- 1 teaspoon parsley (prefer fresh)
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce.) capers & juice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil or possibly regular oil
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Marinade for 24 hrs, stirring several times.
- (Take the shrimp out of the marinade and place on tray.)
- (Marinade can be re-used.)
