Ingredients
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. shrimp
- 1/3 c. minced green onions
- 1/8 c. minced green pepper
Instructions
- Saute/fry mushrooms in butter or possibly medium heat 3 to 4 min.
- Remove from pan, add in little more butter.
- Fry or possibly saute/fry shrimp till done 8 to 10 min.
- Return mushrooms to pan.
- Add in lowfat sour cream, onions, bell peppers.
- Heat but don't boil very warm.
- May need little lowfat milk to be soupy.
- Serve over egg noodles.
