Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 x white wine worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel and devein shrimp.
  2. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.
  3. Drain.
  4. Reduce heat to low, and add brandy.
  5. Ignite with a long match when brandy is heated; stir until flames die down.
  6. Add White Wine Sauce and Hollandaise Sauce, stirring well.
  7. Serve imediately.
