Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/4 ounces shrimp tiny
- rinsed
- drained
- 1 each eggs hard-cooked
- chopped
- 3 tablespoons onions green
- finely chopped
- with tops
- 1 x flatbread
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt.
- Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate.
- Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions.
- Serve with flatbread.
- 3 cups spread; 25 calories per tablespoon.
