Ingredients
- 8 ounces
- weight Orzo
- Cooked And Drained
- 16 ounces
- weight Shrimp
- Peeled
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Cans) Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups Chardonnay
- 6 ounces
- weight Garlic-herb Feta Cheese
Instructions
- Saute shrimp, garlic, and seasonings for 2 minutes in olive oil.
- Pour tomatoes and wine over shrimp.
- Bring mixture to a simmer and cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir feta cheese into shrimp mixture and simmer for 1 additional minute.
- Stir cooked orzo into skillet.
- Heat through and serve.
