Shoepeg Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can Shoepeg Corn
- 8 Oz
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Grated
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Or Dried Parsley (Optional)
Instructions
- Mix together all of the ingredients and combine well.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Serve with Ritz Chips, Wheat Thins or your favorite cracker.
