Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 500 grams turkey (good with lamb chicken or pork too)
- 4 pitta breads
- 1 salad
- 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp garlic mayo or sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- mix all the spices and store in a small jar
- cut the meat into small slices and add olive oil and 1 or 2 tbsp of spice mix depending how spicy you want it, marinate for a few hours
- fry or grill the meat and put it into a pitta bread with salad then drizzle with garlic and sweet chilli sauce
