Ingredients

• 1 12 ounces vanilla vodka
• 1 12 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
• 34 ounce key lime juice
• ice cube
• lime slice

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and key lime juice.
2. Add ice; cover and shake vigorously until very cold.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with lime slice.
