Ingredients
- 6 Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Miso
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 small clove Grated garlic
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 1 all of it The stems of the shiitake mushrooms
- finely chopped
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 dash bit White sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Spread inside the shiitake mushroom caps.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and just bake in an oven!

- The miso-mayonnaise is delicious on chicken, white fish, or shrimp.
- Try adding some pizza cheese.
