Sesame Veggie
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 lbs broccoli (or other dark green veggie
- kale
- spinach
- etc.)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Steam the veggie.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients.
- Toss with steamed veggies.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
