Sesame Pudding Gelatin Version
Ingredients
- 50 grams Sesame paste
- 30 grams Sugar
- 600 ml Milk
- 15 grams Powdered gelatin
- 20 ml Hot water
Instructions
- Add the sesame paste, sugar, and milk into a pot, and turn on the heat.
- Add the gelatin soaked in hot water, and dissolve.
- Set the pot in a bowl of ice-cold water to cool.
- Pour the mixture into molds and chill it in the fridge to harden.
