Ingredients
- 2 c. shucked oysters
- Oyster liquor
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 lg. onion
- sliced
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. parched
- grnd sesame seeds
Instructions
- Fry bacon and onion till brown; remove them from the pan.
- Shake the flour into the warm fat and stir till it is brown.
- Remove the pan from the heat and gradually add in the oyster liquor, with a little water if necessary (about 1 1/2 c. liquid).
- Return the pan to the stove and stir the mix till it has thickened slightly.
- Add in sesame seeds.
- Finally, add in the oysters and cook till their edges curl.
- Serve immediately on a bed of rice.
