Ingredients
- 1 tilapia filet
- 5 baby bella caps (squared)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black peppercorn
- 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup baby kale leaves
- 1 1/2 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 oz sesame ginger dressing
Instructions
- Add olive oil to medium sauce pan.
- Turn to med-high heat.
- Add tilapia filet.
- Season to taste.
- Add mushroom caps.
- Make the base for your salad.
- Add tilapia and mushrooms onto your salad base.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle sesame ginger dressing on salad and enjoy.
