Ingredients
- 1 head Napa cabbage
- 1 large carrot
- 13 c. pickled ginger
- 3 tbsp. seasoned rice-wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. black sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl of cold water, swirl cabbage, allowing any grit to fall to bottom.
- Transfer cabbage to a clean bowl.
- Add carrot and combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
