Sesame-Chile Paste
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons co chu kara
- 2 scallions
- trimmed and roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds (page 596)
- ground
- 2 garlic cloves
- peeled
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Use immediately or store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
