Seasoned Chilled Tomatoes & Jako Fish
Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Chirimen jako
- 3 leaves Shiso leaves
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
- Then cut into 1 cm cubes.
- Saute the jako in oil.
- Mince the shiso leaves.
- Put Step 1 into a bowl and add the sesame oil and soy sauce for flavor.
- Add the shiso leaves and mix it all together.
