Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chirimen jako
  • 3 leaves Shiso leaves
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Then cut into 1 cm cubes.
  3. Saute the jako in oil.
  4. Mince the shiso leaves.
  5. Put Step 1 into a bowl and add the sesame oil and soy sauce for flavor.
  6. Add the shiso leaves and mix it all together.
