Seared Scallop Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) bagof frozen bay scallops
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 chopped fresh garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons 6% cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup dried spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Add spaghetti.
  3. Cook until desired tenderness.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes).
  6. Add scallops and sear.
  7. Add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan.
  8. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat, toss with pasta, and Enjoy!
