Sean's-Graham cracker crust cupcake delights

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Vegtable oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 packages Icing
  • 6 tbsp Butter or margerine (melted)
  • 1 packages Cinnamon graham crackers (finely crushed)
  • 12 Cupcake wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix as directed on box
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with butter until well mixed.
  3. Use two teaspoonfuls of the mixture into each cupcake space.
  4. Press mixture evenly onto bottom of cupcake pan cups and a 1/2 way on the sides of cups.
  5. Fill each cup with cake mix 3/4 full.
  6. Bake cake mix as directed on the package.
  7. Let the cupcake cool for 30 minutes
  8. Use desired squeeze tipped icing & insert 1/2 way into the top center of cupcake squeeze & pull out slowly stopping when you reach the top of cupcake
  9. Top with desired icing topping
