Seafood Muffin Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 can crab or possibly sm. shrimp
• 2 sm. pkg. cream cheese
• at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
• 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 5 English muffins

Instructions

1. Split and toast muffins.
2. Mix all ingredients and spread on muffin halves.
3. Broil till brown and fluffy.
4. Serves 5.
