Ingredients
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can tomato soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can chicken gumbo soup
- 3 c. water
- 1/3 c. onion
- minced
- 1 c. potatoes
- diced
- 1/2 c. celery
- minced
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 clove garlic
- chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can shrimp
- 1 (8 ounce.) can chopped clams
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a large heavy pot except shrimp and clams.
- Simmer about 45 min to 1 hour.
- Add in shrimp and chopped clams the last 10 min.
- Serves 6-8.
