Ingredients
- 4 (1 lb.) lobsters or possibly (1 1/2 lbs. shrimp) or possibly crab
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. white wine or possibly sherry
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. gruyere cheese
- grated
Instructions
- Heat 6 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Saute/fry seafood 3 min.
- Add in mushrooms, saute/fry 2 min.
- Add in wine.
- Cook over low heat 5 min.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper with cream.
- Add in to seafood stirring till boiling point.
- Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, dot with remaining butter.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 10 min.
- Serve over rice.
- Serves 4.
