Sea Bass with spinach and white wine

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sea bass
  • 2 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C/350 degrees F. Clean the fish and place them in a pan lined with aluminium foil.
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients together.
  3. Place the spinach around the fish.
  4. Then pour the marinade.
  5. Place in the oven.
  6. After 20 minutes take out and carefully turn the fish.
  7. Place back in the oven for another 20 mins.
  8. Enjoy!
