Ingredients
- 8 med. potatoes
- peeled & sliced
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. diced
- cooked ham
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Instructions
- Butter a 2 1/2 qt casserole dish.
- Peel and slice the potatoes to layer with the green pepper, minced onion, diced ham, salt and pepper.
- Combine the soup and the lowfat milk; pour over the potatoes.
- Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 1/2 hrs.
