Sauteed Sugar Snaps
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 cups sugar snaps
- blanched
- 1 shallot
- finely diced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a saute pan with the butter.
- Add the blanched sugar snaps and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the shallot and cook for 1 minute.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.
