  • 3 cups sugar snaps
  • blanched
  • 1 shallot
  • finely diced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a saute pan with the butter.
  2. Add the blanched sugar snaps and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shallot and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.
