Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- minced
- 1 sm. onion
- chopped
- 1 tomato
- sliced
- 2 cups snow peas
- ends trimmed
- 1 to 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 sm. red bell pepper
- diced
- 1/2 lb. pork loin
- cut in strips
- Salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- In a medium skillet heat vegetable oil.
- Add sauteed garlic and pork; cook pork until no longer pink.
- Add onion and cook until transparent.
- Add tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes in medium-high heat.
- Add snow peas, bell pepper, water, oyster sauce, salt and pepper; cook uncovered for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
