Sauteed Hanpen Seasoned with Mentsuyu and Ao-nori Seaweed
Ingredients
- 1 Hanpen
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tbsp Aonori
- 1 splash Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 tbsp Butter or margarine
Instructions
- Thinly slice the onion into wedges.
- Cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter in a pan, and saute the onion until tender.
- Add the hanpen to the onions from Step 2.
- Pour in a splash of mentsuyu, then sprinkle on aonori.
- Of course, this recipe also works with chikuwa!
