Sausage Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pound grnd sausage
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
Instructions
- Combine the sausage, bread crumbs and Large eggs.
- Form into meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs well and drain.
- Combine ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and red wine vinegar, in a saucepan.
- Heat and stir till sauce is smooth.
- Add in the meatballs to the sauce and simmer 30 min.
- This can be frzn and reheated in a moderate oven 30 min.
