Sausage in breadcumbed french toast
Ingredients
- 4 slice Bread.
- 4 each Sausages
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 each beaten eggs
- 4 sausages
Instructions
- Cook the sausages.
- Cut the sides of the breads to remove the 'skin'.
- Roll the bread flat.
- Spread the butter and roll the sausage in the flattened bread.
- Dip into he beaten egg and then to the breadcrumbs.
- Dip and coat twice.
- Deep fry til golden brown!
- And serve with chilli sauce or any favourite dippings.
