Sausage & Hash Browns Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Edkrich smoked sausage
• sliced & diced
• 2 c. loose hash browns
• 6 Large eggs
• well beaten

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, brown sausage.
2. Set aside.
3. Brown hash browns in same skillet.
4. Return sausage to skillet.
5. Mix well with potatoes.
6. Add in Large eggs.
7. Cook till Large eggs are done.
8. Serve with warm biscuits.
