Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g.) sausage
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- all purpose
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 lb (225 g.) pineapple (optional)
- 1/2 lb (200 g.) peas (optional)
- 1/2 lb (210 g.) corn (optional)
Instructions
- Note: Measurements are approximate.
- 1.
- Simmer sausages for 5 min in a small amount of water to remove the skins.
- 2.
- In a medium sized casserole dish, mix flour, sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce with pineapple juice to a smooth paste.
- 3.
- Add in liquid from peas and corn, salt and pepper, stir to mix.
- 4.
- Add in sausages thickly sliced, then the other ingredients.

- Cook slowly at 300
