  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 (29 ounce.) can of sauerkraut
  • Butter
  • 1 3/4 pound Swiss cheese block

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9 x 9 x 4 inch pan.
  2. Place chicken in pan.
  3. Cover chicken with well liquid removed sauerkraut.
  4. Cover sauerkraut with sliced Swiss cheese.
  5. Cover pan tightly with foil.
  6. Cook in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees.
