Ingredients
- 1 12 cups honeydews
- diced
- 1 12 tablespoons plain yogurt (add a little more if you like it more creamy)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (you can substitute with lemon as well)
- 1 12 teaspoons poppy seeds (add a few more if you want)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger
Instructions
- Dressing -- Just add everything to a blender and pulse until mixed well.
- Chill and enjoy over your favorite fruit salads.
