Sandies Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 2 teaspoon water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar; add in water and vanilla and mix well.
- Add in flour and pecans; refrigerate1/2 hour.
- Shape in balls or possibly fingers.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven 325 degrees about 20 min.
- Cold slightly; roll in confectioners' sugar.
- Makes 3 dozen.
