Ingredients
- 1 lb beef liver
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrot
- 12 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 cup cornmeal
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Puree Liver, Eggs, Carrot, and Garlic Powder in a food processor.
- Dump corn meal and flour into food Processor and mix well.
- Pour into a foil lined greased or Pammed 9X9 baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes @350F.
- Slice into treat size strips.
- If too wet bake for up to an additional 10 minutes.
- Stores well in Refrig for up to 3 weeks.
