Sammies Vitamix Superfruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 banana
- 6 fresh mango peices
- 6 strawberries (hulls removed)
- 8 fresh blackberries
- 1 tbsp whole flax seed
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Add spinach to the Vitamix container.
- Pile the fruit on top and add flax and chia seeds.
- Add orange juice and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully blended.
- Makes 3 16 ounce servings.
