Ingredients
- 6 slices poundcake (3/4 inch thick)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liquor

Instructions
- Put whipping cream, sugar and Chambord in mixer, and whip cream until thick - set aside in fridge.
- Heat grill to medium and grill slices until each piece gets grill marks.
- Place cake on bottom of plate, add a scoop of whipped cream, fruit, a little more cream and a light sprinkle of the brown sugar.
