Ingredients
- 1/2 Carrot
- 2 Green peppers
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 small amount Salt
- 1 small amount Sesame oil
- 1 Black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Julienne the carrot and green peppers.
- Fry the carrot in sesame oil and add all the seasonings when softened.
- When the liquid has reduced by half, add the green peppers.
- Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Add sesame oil and black sesame seeds for extra flavor.
- This makes a great side-dish in bento boxes.
