Ingredients
- 40 saltine crackers
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. nuts (walnuts or possibly almond slivers)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line cookie sheet with foil.
- Place 40 crackers in 1 layer on cookie sheet.
- In saucepan on low heat combine butter and brown sugar.
- Heat till blended.
- Boil 3 min.
- Pour mix over crackers.
- Sprinkle cracker centers with chocolate chips.
- Place in oven till chips heat.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Cut while hot.
- Store on wax paper.
