Ingredients
- 90 grams Cake flour
- 4 grams Salt
- 20 grams Vegetable oil
- 20 grams Water
- 1 dash Salt (preferrably rock salt)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, combine the flour and salt with a whisk.
- Alternatively, you can sift them together.
- Add the vegetable oil and mix with a rubber spatula in a cutting motion.
- When well incorporated, add the water and lightly mix until it comes together into a dough.
- Roll out the dough to a 5 mm thickness with a rolling pin.
- Cut into desired sizes.
- Sprinkle the salt (rock salt) on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and they are done.
- Let them cool.
