Ingredients

  • 90 grams Cake flour
  • 4 grams Salt
  • 20 grams Vegetable oil
  • 20 grams Water
  • 1 dash Salt (preferrably rock salt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt with a whisk.
  3. Alternatively, you can sift them together.
  4. Add the vegetable oil and mix with a rubber spatula in a cutting motion.
  5. When well incorporated, add the water and lightly mix until it comes together into a dough.
  6. Roll out the dough to a 5 mm thickness with a rolling pin.
  7. Cut into desired sizes.
  8. Sprinkle the salt (rock salt) on top.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and they are done.
  10. Let them cool.
