Salt and Vinegar French Fries

Ingredients

  • 5 lb Russet Potatoes
  • 3 cup White Vinegar
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 Course Sea Salt (to your liking)
  • 1 Black Pepper (to your liking)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into french fries.
  2. I used a french fry cutter, so easy!
  3. In a large pot, combine vinegar and water.
  4. Add fries and bring to a boil.
  5. Let cook until tender.
  6. Pre heat oven to 400.
  7. Let cool in vinegar and water.
  8. About 1/2 hour.
  9. Drain and toss in olive oil.
  10. Place fries on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  11. Add salt and pepper, bake until browned.
  12. Enjoy!
