Ingredients

  • 10 slice salmon belly or fillet
  • 1 dash salt
  • 4 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp heinz chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp red wine vineger or any vineger
  • 4 tbsp whisky
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

Instructions

  1. BAKE SALMON
  2. Season salmon with salt then Broil salmon both side till lightly brown and crispy then set aside
  3. WHISKY TOMATO SAUCE
  4. Mix all whisky sauce ingredient in a pan bring to a boil then add tomato and onion simmer for 1 minute
  5. Mix whisky sauce with dice tomato and onion and coat it with crispy salmon and serve immediately
  6. SERVING OPTION
  7. Pour all whisky tomato and onion sauce onto a plate then top crispy salmon
  8. ANOTHER SERVING OPTION coat well whisky tomato and onion sauce with crispy salmon and serve on coral sald
