Salmon Lovelies
Ingredients
- 4 ounces
- weight Smoked Salmon
- Sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Chives
- 1/4 cups Creme Fraiche (or Substitute Sour Cream Or Cream Cheese)
- 1 whole Baguette
- Sliced Into 1/8-1/4 Inch Slices
Instructions
- Take 5-10 of the chive sprigs and chop them finely.
- Add to the Creme Fraiche and mix.
- Then top each baguette slice with a small dollop of creme fraiche mixture, 1 chive sprig folded, and a small piece of smoked salmon.
