Ingredients
- 12 oz. whole-grain or artichoke-flour pasta
- 12 oz. salmon fillet
- 1/4 c. pasta water
- 3 stalk celery
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. packed parsley leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta 2 minutes less than label directs.
- Add salmon chunks to pasta water.
- Cook 3 minutes; reserve 1/4 c. pasta water, then drain.
- In bowl, toss pasta, salmon, pasta water, celery, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper until well mixed.
