Salisbury Steak With Belmont Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. grnd chuck
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1/4 c. oil
Instructions
- Combine meat, onion, parsley, salt, Tabasco and thyme.
- Shape into 8 oval patties.
- Sprinkle lightly with some flour and brush with oil.
- Broil about 6 min on each side.
- Top with Belmont Sauce.
- Serves 8.
