Salisbury Steak Ala Ritz Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- Salisbury steak
- Paprika
Instructions
- 1.
- With rotary beater, beat egg white in small bowl till stiff.
- Gently mix in lowfat sour cream, salt and horseradish till well combined.
- 2.
- Broil steak.
- 3.
- Frost top of steak with lowfat sour cream mix; place under broiler till golden.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve at once.
