Ingredients
- 2 quarts. mixed salad greens
- 1/2 pound salami
- cut into strips
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) Mozzarella cheese
- cut into strips
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn artichoke hearts
- cooked and liquid removed
- 1 c. pitted ripe olives
- 1 med. tomato
- cut into wedges
- 1/3 c. roasted red peppers
- cut into strips
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) Lite Italian dressing
Instructions
- In large salad bowl, arrange all ingredients except Italian dressing; cover and chill.
- Just before serving, toss with dressing.
- Serve, if you like, with Italian bread.
- Makes about 4 main dish servings or possibly 8 side dish servings.
