Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- divided
- 1 clove garlic
- minced
- 4 cups packed salad greens
- 1/2 avocado
- peeled
- diced Safeway 10 ct For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 plum tomato
- seeded
- diced Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1 cup drained canned no-salt-added kidney beans
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into strips.
- Heat oil and 1 Tbsp.
- dressing in skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken cook 5 to 6 min.
- or until done, stirring frequently.
- Add garlic and cook an additional 1 min.
- Remove from pan and cool.
- Combine salad greens with avocado, tomato and beans.
- Add chicken and drizzle with remaining dressing.
